IMO, they worked wrong in the difuclt aspect of this game. Like you see, theres absolutely no way of killing this boss without recieving a ridiculous amount of damage, if get there without healing items, you'll have to start over. There's a shop right before, but there's always a chance of the player getting there without enough points to buy herbs and stuff. And the checkpoints are so far from one other that makes some parts just frustating instead of chalenging. Still a great game tho.

-watch hes arms when he lets go from the hanging position then just L2 all over till he hits after he takes some time to recover so hit him then
-when he is chanting or wtf calling hes ghosts take a good aim and shoot then L2 all over till ghosts disappear then hit
It takes a long time to kill him and dont relax afterwords ;)

The Ninja Gaiden series has always had a high difficulty curve even from the beginning. And it wasn't due to bugs or glitches in the games. The games were just genuinely hard. I love games like that though....which is why I bought NG2 instead of going round my friends house to play it there.
well i killed this loser with only using one herb of spiritual life....he spams, so i spam...i used the scythe (lvl 3)and used jump and Y (blood rain) when he was floating in the air.... and use your massive attacks then hes on the floor...if you don't care about your ki, use it when he spawns the 3 monsters and when hes going to massive you or what not....hope that helps =P
Wow! Wait til you guys play it on mentor level. More enemies and smarter enemies. The bosses are dialed up a bit to. The key is to beat him and the first archfiend and still have a full bar of energy for the last guy. Just focus on that and you'll be cool,

ok what you need is your lunar staff. i personally find hitting him with the bow and arrow too difficult . because you have just learnt to play the game and using it here is sought of difficult . so whenever he gets close use your lunar staff under him , jump near his body and use it and keep doing it ... the lunar staff when u use it for some reason he cant electorcute u
Start over from your last save which should be in the area before you enter the long ass tunnel. Make sure you stock up on everything before you meet this dude because you'll have to fight three bosses in a row. Just block and evade the priest's combos and for God's sake, evade when he thrust his sword because if he catch you, he'll pound the shit out of you. You'll lose a large chunk of your health if that happens.
If you have no money, did you check that chest that sits between the save statue and the shop? It should have a large yellow orb that contains quite a bit of money. If you absolutely cannot do it, then you are SOL. At least, you can start over with all the stuff you had and please change to manual save in case something like this happens. I've been in your shoes before and I know it sucks major ass but just keep trying.
The last boss, it's better if you just dodge his attacks while he is flying. Attack him when he is on foot and when he is on the cliff, just keep slashing one of his hands on the cliff. If he raise his hand, use your ninpo. Piercing Void is most effective against him. Hope that help;)
4? No, I'm pretty sure there are 3 bosses. High Priest is first, second is Archfiend stage 1 and the final boss is the adult stage of the Archfiend. You can save alot of health if you just auto aim with the bow on the first stage of the Archfiend.

You forgot about the Spider ninja and Elizabet. Fucked up how you fight minions with Dagra Dai and there are no statues for you to buy more stuff. I can't even beat "easy" mode Acolyte.
Because of the auto save, I'm stuck. I only have one herb, one grains of seeds, and one talisman, and I cannot beat Dagra Dai without all 3 of them. It's fucking impossible.
this guy never stops flying around for me, he lands like once but i spend half the time using the scythe's jump jump attacks to hurt him, and even that doesnt hurt him much

yea i owned him with the flail level 3, it worth it this thing is so effective its worth 30k to level it to the max, this is my first ninja gaiden game i've ever played so of course i played on acolyte! But some of these bosses are really hard such as genshin, when I first played this game and beat the first boss i was like wow this gonna be easy and then i had to fight genshin on chapter 2, it took sooo long and i had no idea and he still a tough boss through out this game.

If anyone is having anyhelp on getting through chapter 14 with all 5 bosses a simple yet effective strategy is before genshin and elizabet there is a pool of shark fish in blood. use your gun underwater to kill them and you get about 20 thousand xp. Thus meaing you have more help for the future bosses when the last shop comes up.

I would Recommend using The Archfiend Blade against The Infernal High Priest Dagra Dai Because it's overall Combo's are better than the Eclipse scythe's, Spam "Y" alot against him and Elizabet Right after you defeat Genshin and he gives it to you. The scythe has better Raw power per hit but The archfiend Blade has Better combo's, for those of you who don't know what the Archfiend blade is, it is the True Dragon Sword Wielded together with Genshin's Archfiend Sword.

i have a feeling most of the people complaining about beating these bosses have no idead how to access the combo list in teh start menu... try different ones, diff bosses react differently to different combos.

my tip to all the gamers out there: focus on using the eclipse scythe. it's a powerful weapon with many stringing combos. it allows you to overwhelm your opponents perfectly
No, you are a noob if you use anything except the lvl 4 true dragon sword or the double wielded swords (genshin/dragon swords)at this point in the game. I had no problem with this boss and each combo with the double wield took off 1/3 of his health. If you played the first ninja gaiden on the x-box you would know this.
this is dagra dai, next is archfiend part 1, then archfiend part 2. Chapter 14 is fucking ridiculous, you have 5 boss battles in a row without a single muramasa shop. i suggest maxing out your potions and get the talisman before your first fight vs. genshin, you take too much damage vs. genshin or elizabet? restart, your gonna need those potions for dragra dai, and the archfiend battles 1 & 2. All those boss battles is incredibley hard, probably easier if you play in acolyte though.
actually after genshin and elizebet theres a save point and a muramasa shop in that big black room where you open the huge door with the hearts from the other bosses

yea i owned him with the flail level 3, it worth it this thing is so effective its worth 30k to level it to the max, this is my first ninja gaiden game i've ever played so of course i played on acolyte! But some of these bosses are really hard such as genshin, when I first played this game and beat the first boss i was like wow this gonna be easy and then i had to fight genshin on chapter 2, it took sooo long and i had no idea and he still a tough boss through out this game.

i find this boss challenging but quiet easy cause his like dont move to much rather then the other two use fallin glail i find effective than the sycthe.This u can use if u realli want to follow my steps i cant make sure u win using my way

If anyone is having anyhelp on getting through chapter 14 with all 5 bosses a simple yet effective strategy is before genshin and elizabet there is a pool of shark fish in blood. use your gun underwater to kill them and you get about 20 thousand xp. Thus meaing you have more help for the future bosses when the last shop comes up.

I beat this guy with no health packs and no ninpo just with tha scythe all u have to do iz kill the purple shit things first so that they dont get in the way and then go up to the guy and keep pressing A and then Y

I would Recommend using The Archfiend Blade against The Infernal High Priest Dagra Dai Because it's overall Combo's are better than the Eclipse scythe's, Spam "Y" alot against him and Elizabet Right after you defeat Genshin and he gives it to you. The scythe has better Raw power per hit but The archfiend Blade has Better combo's, for those of you who don't know what the Archfiend blade is, it is the True Dragon Sword Wielded together with Genshin's Archfiend Sword.

on master ninja this boss made me use all me recovery items...even after many many tries...which made me fight the true archfiend with no recovery items...but i finally him after about 3 hours worth of trying

dude i no i have ne health power ups either but i have all ninpo but it really does nothing. pisses me off. i was just about to beat him like 3 times where he just had about 1 inch of health and then he moves his foot and i frekin die. i no dude its so gay

i have a feeling most of the people complaining about beating these bosses have no idead how to access the combo list in teh start menu... try different ones, diff bosses react differently to different combos.

beat them both and i think that NGB was easier than this because of the amount of potions u coud get and also being able to walk in and out of a room to max out yellow essence, just my opinion

Boss #3 is the archfiend reborn. Zedonius was the greater fiend of flame, but you killed him in the underworld.

my tip to all the gamers out there: focus on using the eclipse scythe. it's a powerful weapon with many stringing combos. it allows you to overwhelm your opponents perfectly

No, you are a noob if you use anything except the lvl 4 true dragon sword or the double wielded swords (genshin/dragon swords)at this point in the game. I had no problem with this boss and each combo with the double wield took off 1/3 of his health. If you played the first ninja gaiden on the x-box you would know this.

this is dagra dai, next is archfiend part 1, then archfiend part 2. Chapter 14 is fucking ridiculous, you have 5 boss battles in a row without a single muramasa shop. i suggest maxing out your potions and get the talisman before your first fight vs. genshin, you take too much damage vs. genshin or elizabet? restart, your gonna need those potions for dragra dai, and the archfiend battles 1 & 2. All those boss battles is incredibley hard, probably easier if you play in acolyte though.
