@omnimon64 - Ys 6 *has* been released here on the PS2 and PSP by Konami (Ys: The Ark of Napishtim)... and Oath in Felghana is NOT Ys 7, it's a remake of Ys 3. Ys 7 is a wholly different game just called "Ys SEVEN," which is being released by XSEED for the PSP this month.

@omnimon64 - Dude, I put over 80 hours into the Japanese version of Ys Seven. Not only is it not weak, it's one of the best games in the series! I still can't really make up my mind if I like Seven or Oath in Felghana better - they're both awesome in totally different ways. Best way I can put it is to say Ys Seven is like Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, and Oath in Felghana is like Super Metroid. Everyone likes one more than the other, but no one can deny that they're both great!

This game is actually a remake of Ys 3. It is not Ys 7, and Ys 6 came out on 3 different platforms in english PC, PS2 and PSP, it's called Ark of Napishtim. It's rather easy to find a copy of. Ys seven comes out on PSP in english on 8/17/10, and Oath in Felgana (this one) comes out sometime fourth quarter 2010 also on PSP.

Adol is better than Link in every way.Adol's been through many ordeals,spanning 7 different games and this is the same Adol in every game.Link has his fair share of games but the timeline is questionable.Even nintendo can't even determine that,creators of Zelda games even had difficulty explaining where each Zelda game belonged on the timeline.Thus we have to assume that the link we play and heroine we rescue isn't always the same.Both r good games but Ys is underrated and better
