Dallas, that came out picturesque! That install was wonderful, and should be featured in the textbooks. The 2.5-Ton Ruud is a TANK! That will die probably half way through the American Standard's life. One of the best installs I have EVER seen, and that was the best rooftop install I have seen! Rock on Dallas!

A lot of people would rather have a quieter condenser fan, such as 825 RPM or something, but I'd rather have that 1,000 RPM motor. I like the "powerful" sound it has to it! My cousin has a 2.5 ton Trane pack heat pump with an 1100 RPM fan and it sounds awesome!

Great video! I also like that old Ruud pack unit! Those are tanks!

@84randomdude Hey Thanks! The American Standard do have a powerful sound and it does run smooth. It also has a ECM motor too! The Ruud unit is a nice unit it will not died!!

The American Standard looks great and it sure sounds nice and smooth running!! The duct work turned out really nice!! You have an artist's touch with the mastic my friend, it looks awesome!!

I bet the old Ruud Heat Pump is still going strong!! It looks like it has been there for a while! With you taking care of it, it will keep right on going for many years!

That new American Standard will definitely be a big plus for the new tenants!!
