I'm getting the Curve in a month or two, and I'm with Verizon. I love how the Curve looks but the Verizon bright silver color just looks plain ugly. I wish I could get the dark gray version from AT&T... oh well, I'll probably just cover it up with a case anyways.

does this have 3G because i have a storm and im thinking to return my storm because im not that fast on texting with it because im used to a full qwerty ( that are actual buttons lol) and i would probably go to a curve if it has 3G because all i do is text and web browse and the storm isnt that good for texting but completely awesome at browsing, but i know the curve is good for texting but not sure if its good or fast at browsing

OK review. the keyboard buttons are like the gum chiclets, very weird. Verizon is hands down the best carrier for the Blackberry. I have had Cingular, Sprint, and T-Mobile, go with Verizon. They might be a few dollars more, but the coverage is THE best in buildings and outside.

I had the same thing with my phone not having EVDO when I took it out of the box, I had to call Verizon technical support and have them activate the EVDO/Blackberry E-Mail and now I have the EVDO service. I believe mine does support the GPS as I use google maps and it uses the "my location" feature.

there is a SLIGHT difference between the other 8300 phones with the 8330, if you look carefully on the top of the phone there is a slight difference, so accessories such as invisibleshield (a screen/body protector) the custom fit protectors may not fit the 8330. So you all might wanna look into that, if you haven't already bought some sort of custom screen protectors or other accessories.
