I spent a career studying marketing & consumer satisfaction, I with the Britdude. This video captures what my grandmother used to say "Don't believe a word you hear and only half of what you see." I've found that just because someone doesn't understand WHY they do something doesn't stop them from giving an explanation - which is invariably contradicted. It's a fascinating aspect of the human condition and is ground-breaking in its importance and potential for REAL marketing effectiveness.
