Great car, but why use a Generic Motors slushbox? You could've just as easily gone with the FAR superior 727, or 518 T-Flite, and kept it all Mopar!

To be honest I was expecting more than 699hp with 7 liters and a 3.4L Whipple on 98/93 octane... that must be a safe tune.

where do you get 98 octane fuel????? in california the most ive seen was 91 and some 79 gas stations i was told they have 93 octane race fuel but i never seen it before i know that this must be somewhere else or could it just be in different measurements?

Different measuring standards our 98 is like your 93 or 94 octane

That's cool. To get anything that high in Australia You're looking at E85 which is around 108 octane here (so probably close to your 101 octane stuff).

in germany we have 102 octane. you get it at normal gas station like Aral. that is the highest what we have.

but i use methanol injection too. it have 160 octan. i mixed with water. its a system from snowperformance.

@bwman yea i have heard about snow performance but its for a turbo or supercharged engine for water/meth injection dont know if it would work to well with N/A engines lol ive heard of octane enhancers but i doubt they really work i know that my cousin uses 91 octane and then adds acohol or somethin i cant remember to enhance the octane to somethin around 116

The oem NAG 1 Chrysler transmission is pretty stout, but above 600 rwhp there are upgrade transmissions from Southern Hotrod and Paramount Performance, also 1000+hp rated driveshafts and rear differentials. Already have 3gen hemis putting down 1,200 whp in the states on pump gas, street driven. If there is a problem with the hemis, too easy to make enough power to break stuff.

my friends dad makes custom turbo kits for these. he has one that looks all stock making over 800rwhp. he builds some of the under cover cop cars here in florida as well. they told him they wanted his setup and he told them no, they asked why, he said so i can still out run you guys

I was just wondering the supercharger fits under te hood. That would make it that much better if it does.

@ProjectCarTV - We could have if we used a smaller manifold but wanted as much cooling as possible. So it runs a 4 inch cupronickel core under the blower and huge front mount. The hood has a 4 inch reverse cowl fitted but would love nothing more than to be able to drive it with just the cutout hood only....
