My Grandma died a couple years ago, and I still haven't gotton over it. She was born on March 15, 1919, she died on Palm Sunday 2009. I cry every night, whenever I see a piece of her jewelry, furniture, or even her perfume. I love her so much. She was my 2nd Mother. She was my best friend and the only person in the world I could trust, with anything. I was the last person in the family to be with her. My family went to church and I stayed with her. 2 hours after I left, she died. :(

1932-2009 my grandpa died of stupid stomach cancer. he was as skinny as the egypt mummies. i wish he was still here. i am still sad. i still think while i was trying to get my self out of bed at 7:15 Am my grandpa was gone. i wish he was still here to see my parakeet and puppy cause he loved animals. My Grandma passed when i was in 5th grade too soon. I used to call her Granny Bubbles cause we always used to blow bubbles together great times. She had a nice long life which i'm proud of!!! RIP Granny Bubbles 1914-1997.
ya i know how u feel my grandpa died march 27 2009 not that long ago im only in 4th grade and i miss him so much he used to sing with my grandma at the washington tumbleweed festival he brought my cousin and i when we were about 6 on the stage and let us sing with him we miss him soooooo much im starting to cry now his death story is
he was suffering from a past hip surgery that went all wrong he had to get a hip-replacement surgery after and it also went wrong then he had a stroke and died :(
thanks for the beautiful tribute that you posted. frick you had me crying. It was great to see all of those pics from the 70's. man did it bring back a lot of good memories from when I was a kid growing up in the 70's.
My grandma is gone now too and i think about her all of the time. the older you get the more that you realize that family and friends are the most important thing in lfe. we all just forget that sometimes sicne the world is moving so fast these days.
Yes you are right! When I see my pictures of the eighties, I see that time passes too fast. Life continues, but I still look back to the past. I will never forget peopled I had loved all the time. My beloved grandma died October 14th 2003.

Very sad. I lived with my brother who joined the military and we lived on base.
He got shot and i didn't know what to do. He was the closest to me in the family.
