I don't like the all mail-in system. It wastes so much paper and it takes jobs away from those who could work at the polls. There should be a combination of mail-in and electronic.
This from some folks at King County Elections: " ...(another) occurrence that can prevent counting of a ballot is the issue of putting 2 ballots in one envelope. I know it is tempting to do this to save on postage, however, voter intent rules will allow us to count only one of the ballots. The oath on the outside of the return envelope is signed by only one voter so we have no idea which voter has not signed the oath. We can only count one of the ballots... "
Since when has WA been a Democracy? Did they secede from the Union, which is a Republic?
