King Kong Bundy should have definitely been in there. He may not have been as tall as a lot of the giants but he truly just had a giant aura about him in my opinion. When I watched him as a kid I would really get scared when one of my favorites had to get into the ring with him (I was one of those little kids that would argue with my dad and grandpa until I was blue in the face that wrestling was 100% real fighting lol).

WTF is up with that Vince McMahon/Andre interview where there's like two and a half feet between them? Vince is 6'2, Andre was around 7'2 (some say 7'4, but whatever). There shouldn't be more than a foot between them, but Andre's waist is nearly eye-level with Vince. I've seen other interviews where they're both standing next to each other and there isn't nearly that big a height difference, maybe a head and a half tops. Is Andre standing on a box or something or is it a camera trick?
@bink it was a marketing idea of Vince's on how to make Andre a larger than life character, to have him stand on a box so that he would look bigger. You have to admit it worked, and it eventually cus of Andre's health he couldn't do it anymore

Andre wasn't really the sole giant at in his day. There were lots of huge guys like Giant Haystacks, Ernie Ladd, John Studd, Silo Sam, Stan Frazier, Chris Taylor, Giant Baba, Hulk Hogan, Don Leo Jonathon, Killer Kowalski, ect. Even if all those guys were in the same company at the same time, Andre would have still stood out. For example, Silo Same was 7'2" (taller than Show and Khali) and was briefly in the WWF in 1985 with Andre. Somehow Andre remained the only giant.

unlike haystacks, bam bam and vader were VERY athletic. you watch them in the ring and they'd be flying around and moving like guys much leaner than them. especially bam bam. man was he fast.

Not too many people enjoyed working with Haystacks Calhoun if I remember correctly. A lot of wrestlers would complain everytime they had to work with guys like Haystacks Calhoun or Uncle Elmer for example.

Andre wasn't really the sole giant at in his day. There were lots of huge guys like Giant Haystacks, Ernie Ladd, John Studd, Silo Sam, Stan Frazier, Chris Taylor, Giant Baba, Hulk Hogan, Don Leo Jonathon, Killer Kowalski, ect. Even if all those guys were in the same company at the same time, Andre would have still stood out. For example, Silo Same was 7'2" (taller than Show and Khali) and was briefly in the WWF in 1985 with Andre. Somehow Andre remained the only giant.
