This was useful, thanks. Mine still plays back really choppy, when I'm recording my ingame FPS is @ 50. Is camtasias cap 30fps?

Thanks man, I really appreciate this video of explaining how to do something like this. I always knew since Sony Vegas could do this, so could Camtasia. I actually use Studio 7, but it's still pretty easy to follow. As a Let's Player, I would like to have my videos in great quality, and this is by far the best video explaining how to do it.
