I think part of it is because the psychedelic mindset is viewed as a threat to the current (and past) power structure. Feeling truly at peace and one with others, not just in a plastic smile church kind of way, but in a real way, makes people less likely to participate in exploitation, war, and all the other dark things that governments use as traditional methods of control.
Actually I meant that *church* produces 'plastic smiles' as opposed to genuine ones that a person can get through a direct and tangible experience of oneness through the use of psychedelics or high dose cannabis.
In other words, I feel that cannabis produces a very real type of contentment and happiness that is a threat to militant government power. When people are really happy, they aren't as easily motivated by fear, and they don't march off to kill in war as easily.

It's legal in Holland dumb ass, a lot of the best strains are bred by the Dutch. California might have breeder clubs, but there are still too many prohibition laws in the States for us to breed and grow Cannabis to its full potential.

It simply has no real benefit.
Look at the countries where marijuana is prominent (then look at the unemployment rate)

i dont get the laws,first of all cannabis is non toxic and its 100% natural as we all know its just a plant,but its illegal,but i can go to a forest and pick a letal poisonous plant like ricin etc which grows wild amongst many other really dangerous plants,but the plants that can actually kill you and that are intended for that use only are 100% legal and free to grow where ever,so cannabis is nontoxic and illegal and the poisonous plants are 100% toxic and legal,that makes perfect sence to me

I'm an activist using the Seed America approach to protesting Marijuana Prohibition. The concept is simple.
Step 1: Don't trash your seeds or give them away. Save them.
Step 2: When Spring comes, don't throw your seeds by the side of the road. Plant them. (Planting is as easy sticking your finger 1/2-inch into the ground, dropping a couple of seeds into the hole, then kicking some dirt over it.)
Three: Repeat.
Seed America. Free ourselves from Marijuana Prohibition, naturally.

I think part of it is because the psychedelic mindset is viewed as a threat to the current (and past) power structure. Feeling truly at peace and one with others, not just in a plastic smile church kind of way, but in a real way, makes people less likely to participate in exploitation, war, and all the other dark things that governments use as traditional methods of control.

Actually I meant that *church* produces 'plastic smiles' as opposed to genuine ones that a person can get through a direct and tangible experience of oneness through the use of psychedelics or high dose cannabis.
In other words, I feel that cannabis produces a very real type of contentment and happiness that is a threat to militant government power. When people are really happy, they aren't as easily motivated by fear, and they don't march off to kill in war as easily.
