THIS is my FAVORITE scene in the whole movie!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the dance performance of EVERYONE JOINING IN!! OY YEAH!!!!!!! LOVE this song too! I would GIVE ANYTHING to be able to put on my tight as a glove black tank top style dress (one like Vanessa is wearing) high heel pumps and hit that floor with them!!!! Have mercy!! Every time I see this scene I just want to dance, dance and more dance - BAILAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How lucky they were to be in that movie!

Having been born and raised in what is now LIttle Havana in Miami, I remember this music as a kid...the "real" thing...real "cuban" music...not diluted salsa. You can also tell by the instruments...lots of piano, flute and bongos. I remember all our Cuban neighbors would have these great parties, play this music on 45's and 33's...and dance till dawn. THOSE were the days.
