tnx for a lessons it helpt me a lot ..but i have one problem..sometims i use tao and sometimes buda breathing ..should i choose just one or is it ok to do both..?
the lessons r great and very easy to understand ..tnx
@12345jovo Dear Friend, I think breath is dependent on the application - on what you want to accomplish. Both Taoist and Buddhist have uses. I tell my students not to concern themselves with breathing for a long time - until the movements are mastered. And then I would practice breathing separate from the movements, until the breath comes naturally. Only then coordinate. Try both methods and see what feels right. iGood luck
yeah, it is playing right now....yesterday i tried many times but it didn't works...maybe theres some internet preblems with my computer...however, thx you very much for post such a valuable dem.
I'm glad to hear you have solved the problem. The more you practice, the more you benefit. Try it out for a while and let me know how you do. Best regards, Michael Gilman
I start to learn Taiji about half a month ago, and your vedios are the main references. I love the way you teach each lessons. It is very easy to understand and follow. When every I feel upset or nerves, I try your method, and It amazingly helps.
Just have a little question, is that matter for me not do the poses exact the way you did? (My arms were injured couple years ago. I cant make big circles. )
Just too let everyone know , I've turned this vid and a few others into playlists . You can view them if you head on to my profile and click playlists.

Sometimes it doesn't work , just refresh the page a few times and it should get going .
