nope he lives in Mexico remember he just kept jumping as far as his eye could see in the Mexico dessert and he found that structure and just bombed the inside and pored cement in it. i might be wrong but i think im pretty close if it helps at all.the empty quarter is just were his dad took him to practice jumping
