@r3demption91 Hi, for this video I used a Canon S5IS on its highest settings. Then I imported the video with its audio into Windows Movie Maker and overlay the audio/song on top of my video and mix them together. Hope that helps.

Make sure you have overdrive or distortion on when you do that. For 1:44, just strum the strings while your left hand is kind of muting the strings. Only touch the strings - don't push the strings onto the frets. Then while you're strumming, bring your hand up the neck. Make sure you have distortion on for that too.

@jess1541 it's not a harmonic. It's actually a strike of the strings behind the nut in the tuner side of the headstock. Hit that with some gain and it'll get you a cool sound.

Turn your guitar up. Put some distortion on. From the bridge of your guitar, drag your pick on the strings down the neck of your guitar. That should make something similar.

No, it's not the same guitar. The guitar you see in this video is a Yamaha Pacifica 115, which is more mid-level, whereas the eg-112c is beginner level. I also do not have this guitar anymore - I currently play a PRS SE Custom 25th Anniversary edition.

@DBDMotorsports Yeah. I have a new guitar, and I think in terms of dropped tones, drop C sounds the best for most guitars with their standard setups as well as regular gauge strings. When someone is trying to play in these ranges, often they make it sound like poop by putting too much gain on their distortion. Drop down the gain, drop down the bass a bit, and you'll can get dirty tone out of most amps and guitars.

Great job man, some flaws, i played this on stage once, and one thing you missed was a whammy bar or peddle which you need at 2:35, to make that harmonic squeal type of noise

@kilza13 There were only a couple fingering flaws, and it was during the bridge. Otherwise it was played perfectly. Moreover, I added my own elements throughout the song, such as palm mutes and such. On another note (no pun intended), there isn't any "squeal" at the time that you mentioned. Thanks for watching.

Also, I don't show much emotion because I want the focus of the video to be the sounds and sights of my fingers, not me dancing around. Stiffness is not an issue :)
