  • you should have used half masks. it would have looked so much better and been easier to talk out of.

  • where did you get your neutral masks? I am a theatre teacher and I'm having a hard time finding affordable masks with mouths large enough for students to speak through.

  • @aecollins10 Cut them larger with a blade. I paint mine realistically, and I add hair - you can also attach a scarf or veil around the edges of the mask (stitch or glue). If it is a tragic mask, use acrylic paint to create tragic brows above the eyes, and further emphasise the mouth by outlining it. I find that tinting the hands with red paint makes for great drama, and draws attention to gestures I try to make my chorus "sing" in unison, varying the pitch for dramatic effect:
