If Obama wanted to silence Alex Jones or the "kooks and screwballs" he would have used A blible to swear in, on at least one of the two chances he got.That is the first presisdent ever to not use a bible
President Obama was the President when he took the Oath the first time. The only reason they did it a second time was to silence any kooks and screwballs like Alex Jones who would have made a whole brand new Kook Conspiracy Theory out of a verbal guffaw. Heck you would be nervous and likely mess up too if you knew that 1/2 of the entire Earth/planet was watching you at that specific moment! Anyone who reads any more into this honest verbal mistake is likely a rubber-room candidate.
Obama's 2nd oath with NO hand on bible...hmmm No wonder his first priority were the Muslim terrorist in Gitmo 5 of which are on trial for 9/11. Yeah, now, tell me if he isn't a Muslim. Now that he is president, Obama should just come out and admit that he is Muslim. It wouldn't matter, people don't care, I'm sure that they would love his religion as much as they love him. One of his first priorities were the people held in Gitmo, because he understood that America is supposed to be a decent country that believes in people being INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
If those people have evidence against them, they need to be tried and convicted. If not, you have no right to hold them. Decent Americans and decent people around the world understand that.
Obama's sworn on the Bible many times, so that blows your whole theory out of the water.
..... and that the first thing he did as "President" was to HALT the trials of the Terrorists at Guantánamo Bay and has since signed for it's closure. So what will be occurring with those prisoners? Will they be released?!? No doubt!

They were NEVER prisoners. They were civilians held without trial b7y the previous US Administration who for the most part should be behind bars as war criminals. I would like to think someone from Canada would agree that Bush/Cheney/Condi and the rest of them should ALL be brought before the World Court in The Haige as War Criminals for their failed 'OIL GRAB' in Iraq and making Saddam into the fall guy !!
I will refrain from saying anything about bringing Bush and his colleague for trials, but I will like to comment on the one of GITMO. I agree with you on that because those people are not criminals until proven guilty.

With regards to your obsession over his religion and your disregard for secularism, I suggest you examine your own Constitution, which reads:
"... no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States." - Article VI, Section 3.
So, the question is, are you opposed to the Constitution, or just the presumption of innocence?
