@sa328141 Actually, Extremespeed can only be an egg move if you pass the test in Dragon's Den, so the Dratini you get knows extremespeed, which means the dratini has to be male. So that Dragonite could've been form dragon's den!

Max its happiness, have it on diamond or pearl, go to Celestic town, travel right out of it with a pkmn with rock climb, find a rock climb spot that sends you right, then go up that one, go in the house, talk to the woman and she will teach you it.

I agree that single battles suck these days, too many OU abusers on wifi. That's why i've started to use my A rank-OUs a lot more often. I've seen Extremespeed Dragonite a few times. Nice match.

in HG ans SS, there's an old man or something who asks you some questions (after beating claire and lance) if you get all right answers, he'll give you a dratini with extremespeed. Otherwise, you'll get a normal one

I know first strike moves are handy. Quick attack does help Electivire revenge kill those with sashes, although it removes type coverage. Dragonite has always been in Salamence's shadow, but with Extremespeed, that should help Dragonite stand out from the other Dragons.

Also, Sitrus Berry saves the day!
