I was making an admittedly subtle comment on how it's funny that the Japanese title screen music would, in SlashForce4's view, sound better orchestrated than the original opening.

If I need to go into detail about how it's funny that a minor theme would sound better/more fitting than a major theme, please ask.

I usually like the Japanese version of series and games better, that said, the pure instrumental techno always fit Megaman best; from X to X3. Plus, the mood is perfect, mysterious zero, it breaks into action.

I like the Japanese lyrical songs they picked for X4 and 5, but think back to to the classic techno of X1-3. The new style never quite fit with the X series.

Although it works for X6, because X6 isn't a montage, it's a presentation based recap, displayed quite dramatically.

Haha, reading back in the comments I saw someone claiming this was the "New weapon get" song from MegaMan 3 and immediately thought to myself "No way! I played Mega Man 3 all the time when I was younger, I'd remember". But to make sure I looked that melody up here on YT and to my surprise the guy was right xD

This is one of the few times that I prefer by A LOT the English version. Seriously, it fits a lot better and has a nice melody than the Japanese one.

It's true that I heard the English vers. first, but I'm am very sure that, even if I listened to the Japanese vers. before the English one, I would have liked the latter better.

Yeah.....just like back then, it sends shivers down my spine......one of the greatest video game openings I've ever heard....also, Megaman X 5 is the best of the series, next to Megaman X 8. 7 was the worst in my opinion by the way. And 3 the hardest.
