You proved it guys you've been the leading and awarded airline of the year consecutively by skytrax. I want to be part of your competitive and award-winning team again. @TheVaccumtube Then you have to change your belief. We keep a manifest of passengers' details and we DO give out cards to passengers. Sometimes it may be a form of seat message, a cake, or a card with signature from the whole set of crew.
