The scene at 3:57 is from Season 4, after Sydnescapes from the nuclear reactor (with the help of her dad, who enters the reactor to pull the fuel rods out, thus getting soaked with radiation & later nearly dying from it), Vaughn has leads that indicate his father is alive and the coil from the reactor is his collateral,,,you gotta watch to get it..

Anyway Vaughn kisses Syd, then punches her in the mouth to make it look like he's gone rogue...
