XD sigh...I need to start using rosetta stone or something that will help me to put the language in context so that there's an understanding of the etymological breakdown of each word...like I developed with English when I was little. To memorize phrases is one thing...to actually understand what nouns/verbs/etc go where and why and what they mean is quite another. And I'd always be afraid if I ever visited Japan, I would butcher the language and embarass myself. :-/
