i think this paint sprayer is not for sale anymore i can't find it for sale so sad i wish i could buy it if someone know something about this please comment.
No, the Craftsman is not intended to replace a professional paint gun like the Graco. The Craftsman's competition is B&D and Ryobi homeowner sprayers. The Craftsman advantage is that it does a good job for the price. The Graco is much more expensive, but does let you use industry-standard tips.
@gmansurf69, Yes the Graco ProShot Airless Paint Sprayer is nice. Especially the $449 price tag!
For most homeowners that is way out of their price range.
The Craftsman is only $69! Yes, you need a battery and charger ($119) but most of the people who will buy this already have plenty of the 19.2 volt batteries.
@Gary, I used the high capacity lithium. I only sprayed one quart of stain and the battery did not come off the green light. It is pretty powerful so I expect it to go through a regular battery every 1/2 gallon though.
How do I like it? It's fast. It sprays evenly. I don't like the pickup tube inside the tank. The pickup should be closer to the front of the tank and the screen not as high. It leaves about a cup of paint in the tank.
How many times did you change the battery during the filming of this? My wife just bought one to paint her doors and I'm curious as she'll be using my batteries. Did you use lithium ion or the nicad C3 batteries?
Thx. How long can each pack battery last?

You can find them on eBay from time to time. There's one up for auction now that ends this Sunday, just search Craftsman Paint Sprayer.
