From what I have heard the assassination device used to kill JFK was mounted into the dashboard of the vehicle. It's to risky to turn around and shoot someone with everyone watching and it wasn't Lee based on the direction in which JFK's head moves after being shot. His head movement indicates that the gunshot came from the front of the car.

I never believed driver did it and this just reinforces that belief. My own belief is the Zapruder film was edited (it's a composite image - re-scaled and re-timed) to hide the fact that the limo STOPPED dead. Greer reacted to a signal (probably from 'umbrella man') and braked because plan A (take out JFK at the turn from Main on to Elm) had failed. The unedited Zapruder film will show that, also a bullet hitting the Stemmons freeway sign and TWO (almost simultaneous) head shots

From what I have heard the assassination device used to kill JFK was mounted into the dashboard of the vehicle. It's to risky to turn around and shoot someone with everyone watching and it wasn't Lee based on the direction in which JFK's head moves after being shot. His head movement indicates that the gunshot came from the front of the car.

in the actual zapruder film the driver who, whether a driver or bodyguard wouldn't have had any business turning around, that would have been the express business of the secret service agent in the passengers seat but as is clearly visible (frames 305 - 315) he makes NO reaction AT ALL! but the driver clearly makes a full turn at frames 309 - 312) the fataly head shot coming at 310 - 311.

The "largest area of damage" was the rear of the President's head, as witnessed by the physicians in the ER that day. There was also a bullet wound in his throat, which entered from the front. You can see the moment he is struck in the throat as he grasps his neck and his wife draws him near her to comfort him, just before his head is taken off.
The entrance wound in the front of his head was small, the rear of his skull was devastated.

It's very odd to me, that it should not have been a conspiracy especially when one do a bit of research of what JFK was saying in his speaches, papers he signed and what he wanted changed in the U.S. The list is CIA, Bankers, Secret Societies, Conspiracy, Going to space - sharing information instead of sitting on it and running the U.S. in a decent way. Doesn't change my view on this if the driver shot at him or not.

In any court, all other FBI documents on the related subject are automatically worthless. That is because the FBI is now required to prove they did not manipulate, fabricate, create all of the other documents, tapes, photos, etc. An impossibility.
Finding the witness statements that were changed by law enforcement, ends the case against anyone. Oswald is automatically innocent.

If the driver shot or the badgeman from the grassy knoll did it, makes no difference. It´s just a detail in an evil plot to kill JFK. But no doubt that Lee Harvey Oswald wasn´t the murder!
