  • I felt more intelligent listening to Tchaikovsky and Prokofiev >_>

    *Just kidding*

Actually, this movement is a piece I have heard very often and enjoyed, and I know only now that it is this one!

  • Wish I could do that

  • @send1312 por "mexicanos" com tu es que luego no nos quieren... NACO!

  • como se llama esta cancion o sonata o como se llame

     k alguien me diga porfas

  • Es la sonata para dos pianos en re mayor, siendo este el segundo movimiento, andante;al igual que buena parte de la música clásica no tiene otra denominación más que esa y el número del catálogo Köchel.Saludos.

  • Sonata k448 segundo movimiento

  • The diminuendos at 0.36 and then at 0.44 are very nice and I don't think many others do this...

  • It is said that Mozart was an Ashkenazi Jew. Does someone have further information regarding this statement? Although it is not relevant, it is interesting.

This song is so hard to compose and play because of it's simplicity. Picasso had to paint very well and reach a very high level of mastery till he skipped to Naive Art. Same occurred with WA Mozart and music.

  • Olan -

I have never read or heard anything about Mozart being Jewish. My understanding is that Ashkenazi Jews originated from a specific area of what is now eastern Poland. Moreover, I recall reading that he was baptized at St Rupert's cathedral (which is a Roman Catholic church) in Salzburg. If he had any Jewish roots, its very unlikely this would have occurred.

  • dmcll -- Thank you for subjoining such interesting information. If he was baptized then, as you state, it is unlikely he was Jewish.

  • Ensemble, phenomenal. Interpetation - simply and divinely out of this world! I'm in tears.

  • mozart = puto genio

  • It's near to perfect, great ensemble-playing.

    As for the interpretation:

I was in heaven, that's where this music comes from.

    Thank you.

  • @pietstamitz This comment says it all!

  • @pietstamitz

Yeah I've been there once; and yup, Mozart's sonatas are being played at the gates of heaven. How's earth nowdays? - Interupt*

I gotta go ._. Chillinz with Mose and Einstein tonight. BaRbEqUe MAANNH! :D

  • @MsXX360 Send them my greetings! Unfortunately, earth is a great mess, but Mozart's music makes life endurable to me.
