  • Uploader, this is mostly hip flexor, knees have to go higher, and the back needs to be hunched more when raising legs to the top of the range to activate the core, fyi on the correct form. Nice shape otherwise!

  • Did you notice how when you first jumped up on the bar your chest was the same color as the rest of your body, but as you got further and further into the exercise your pecs began turning redder and redder? One's chest gets much more involved in different movements than you'd realize.
