when i first watch this, i don't believed that is SHINee, but i watch closely i can be sure that is SHINee... Taemin, Minho, and Key is very easy to recognize but i got confused with Onew and Jonghyun, they look so different in this video, it doesn't look like them.

I prefer Key dancing like this than covering girl groups dances. He was such a powerful dancer that time, I hope I can see him dancing like that again :(
I miss these days. During 2008,you can see all of them dance with alot of energy. Now,Jonghyun seem need to slow down because he has long notes especially in Lucifer. I wish they could have more dance competition and dance with all their energy like this:)

i think jongkey are "toned down" now because they do have to sing while they dance now, so it's not as easy to put your all into dancing when you still need the air for singing. whereas taem's style is precise, not hitting hard, so he still dances the same way he did then. just my input.
It's interesting because this shows Key and Jonghyun as dancing their asses off but now you only see Taemin doing this. Key is so well rounded, it's amazing!
My only wish atm is that Key could dance like more often >.<

But Taemin is also very fluid and has a more refined technique while dancing, so I can see why he's the lead.

SME is all about marketing and image, and Taemin's image from the auditions was a dancer. That's why Key is more of an all-around person now, with singing, dancing, rapping, etc, whereas he could have potentially been the lead dancer of SHINee.
This was amazing. Taemin in my opinion is still better a better dancer than key but they;re both incredible. and with the other shinee boys just breaking it out to run it, that was hot. especially when taemin did that split and when he was dancing with key! they were good back then but now they're even more amazing! You know when i see this i think "who would've thought these boys would have made it so big?" in only such a short time, they've become huge<3
in my opinion Taemin is still a better dancer than Key. Kibum is amazing, don't get me wrong but Taemin has that effortless flow to his body, you can tell Key works hard for his skills. In this video, particularily I don't think Taemin's skill has surpassed his hyung's, but this was before they debuted as SHINee. Taemin has grown a ton since then and his dancing has improved imensely. None the less, both dancers are phenomenal <3

I think the difference between Taemin and Key is that Taemin's posture when he dance is much better than Key, Key get's crazy and Taemin has always a good posture and good moves thats why he is de main dancer

Key, Minho, Jonghyun and Onew first started taking dancing-lessons when they became trainees, if I remember correctly, (and I'm pretty sure I does ^^)

they all were dancing with POWER!! and its very entertaining! Key and Taemin killed it....but i love the lil solo that Taemin had @1:18 he was straight fire!!!!!...SHINEE was great then and they are great now!!!

Key is the one with a blue/white-striped shirt unerneath, Taemin's the in the gold jacket. They're the ones dancing from the start, the only1 wearing white pants.
Later, they're joined by Jonghyun in jacket and blue shirt (the one who does high-five), Onew is in jacket and white shirt with print, and Minho is the only1 without a jacket :)
@Living4Asia its possible key took dance lessons before joining SM if you've seen his audition vid. well he did sooort of dance like this when they were in china (according to the vid's title) doing that thing where you copy each other's moves. telephone game or something, and he was the only one who managed to keep up with taemin
@0newcj That is SHINee, for sure. This was back in 2008, when they first debuted so they look different than how they look now. Onew and Minho can dance. Maybe just not as good and powerful as Taemin, but w/ enough discipline and practice, they can manage to pull off this dance/choreography. The hair looks like SHINee for sure, when they first debuted. And especially the voices. Jonghyun's sexy and husky voice. Onew's warm and sweet voice.Trust me, that's SHINee for sure XD

they all were dancing with POWER!! and its very entertaining! Key and Taemin killed it....but i love the lil solo that Taemin had @1:18 he was straight fire!!!!!...SHINEE was great then and they are great now!!!

Key is the one with a blue/white-striped shirt unerneath, Taemin's the in the gold jacket. They're the ones dancing from the start, the only1 wearing white pants.
Later, they're joined by Jonghyun in jacket and blue shirt (the one who does high-five), Onew is in jacket and white shirt with print, and Minho is the only1 without a jacket :)

Taemin is the best (therefore lead) dancer, but Key's totally second!
Taemin is amazing, there's a reason he's the lead dancer and he's also the only one out of SHINee that danced before they joined SM.
but Key's amazing as well. Didn't know he could dance like this, til I saw this. He's just all power and stuff, and 1:35-1:45 !!!!!
Why don't he get to dance like this anymore? Only times he get 2 show off these days is when he's dancing girl-group-dances q_q

@Living4Asia its possible key took dance lessons before joining SM if you've seen his audition vid. well he did sooort of dance like this when they were in china (according to the vid's title) doing that thing where you copy each other's moves. telephone game or something, and he was the only one who managed to keep up with taemin

@0newcj That is SHINee, for sure. This was back in 2008, when they first debuted so they look different than how they look now. Onew and Minho can dance. Maybe just not as good and powerful as Taemin, but w/ enough discipline and practice, they can manage to pull off this dance/choreography. The hair looks like SHINee for sure, when they first debuted. And especially the voices. Jonghyun's sexy and husky voice. Onew's warm and sweet voice.Trust me, that's SHINee for sure XD

if anyone think key is better than taemin then just go to watch lucifer dance version u will c the different i bet u guy cant take ur eye of taemin...im not saying dat key is not a good dancer i just piss hw ppls say taemin got the lead dance role bcuz he the youngest n back then he cnt sing or key should be lead dancer!.wrong he deserve the lead dance in shinee! his dance is sharp rite on beat n smooth, wen he dance he just let his body move naturally each of his step is cleaner than key.....

like what @emptyd3pth said, Taemin is smooth and comes on strong but Key is powerful from the beginning, both are amazing Dancers but Key maybe too powerful for some dances SHINee does, like Replay, he's hot and everything [him being my 2nd biased has nothing to do with that xD] but Taemin is smooth and his feet just starts to move once he catches the beat..
But honestly i love the duet dance they do, it's Hot my two favourites T^T

one of my favorite dance performances from them. wished they could perform like that everytime with a lot of energy. usually when i see them perform they look so tired or so dead no energy at all.

this just my opinion so dont hate plz well im just going to say it i think key is a much better dancer than taemin and i also think key just let him be the best dancer cuz hes the youngest and he could not really sing that well back then i say this cuz iv watched so many dance clips of these two and i always think key is the better and im not saying this cuz im (KEY BIAS) but its truth and a lot of the times key has 2 tone it down just so that taemin seems like the best dancer but hes not

between taemin and key, i think taemin is the better dancer. his moves are more fluid than key's, but i guess key is more entertaining to watch; i mean my eyes are glued on him throughout the performance. i love both of them + dubu :P

I actually think that Taemin and Key's dance skills are the same, if not Key a little better. However, because of Taemin being the maknae and super cute,, they put the emphasis on baby boy. Either way, they're amazing. I LOVE THEM SOOO MUCH.

Key's smart and learns fast, but saying he's downing his skills for Taemin is just Ridiculous! ...Why would he hide his skill if he can be the top?! All of the members are competitive if you haven't noticed...the only reason is he can't...Taemin's dancing skills cannot be matched

i can't believe how good of a dancer Key was/is!!! it really sucks how Key doesn't show off his dance skills anymore these days.
From here, I think Key really shined the most. And i can tell Taemin improved alot too in dancing. Now, it's no doubt that Taemin is the best dancer in the team, but wow and wow! Key should show off his dance moves too! like 4 real!
