I just flew in this plane two days ago, and I can attest to the veracity of this video. The best way I can think to describe it... is that it _casually_ took off from almost a standing stop. There was no special effort on the part of the pilot, he just pushed in the throttle and we jumped off the ground.

It has slats i think... light airplane with it is super for shot landings.

Any lighter and those planes would defy gravity! I think I'll go get my sport pilot licence now thank you very much...
