Thank you for your comments. An action spoof like this is acceptable only because it doesn´t pretend to be profesional or real. That´s the whole fun and the audience knows what´s the intention so they accept to watch it, to give a try... to see whats going on. That´s why I didn´t do it too long.
It´s true now there are more opportunities for filmmakers to purchase a good videocamera to fool around and I can´t wait to save enough money to get a professional one! But now I am focused to produce animation and I feel like there are lots of things to do on that field that maybe the camera can wait for me a little bit more. High technology is important and I am sure I´ll use it in future in animation or live action projects.
It was shot on VHS and SVHS, some scenes were shot 7 years ago, some others 3 years ago. I used to go to shoot on weekends to the countryside outside the city with my friends. All the scenes were shot to be used for a longer fan feature project called "Mistery of Ming", although I wrote a different ending for this alternate edit "Temple of Labours".
