  • Yeah bricked mine too.. Thing is is it truly deadski or is it worth sending it away to anyone but sony for a fix? Been quoted £70 for a YLOD fix

  • @DJCalzar Just tell Sony you got the YLOD. They MIGHT send you a replacement, I'm going to call them later on today.

  • @DJCalzar Yup, it's as useful as a brick. You need a nand flasher and the original nand backup if you want to revive it. So yeah, just hope Sony takes it in :/

  • @DJCalzar £70!!!! wow alot,, i fix YLOD £35 take 30minutes to fix it tops, i tell them post my there console with tracking deviced and you have my address so 100% safe, and it has a next day turn around,

  • send it to sony... HAHAHHAHAHA

  • want me to bring em tomorrow? lul

  • LOL Danny Sorry About Your Black Lady ... Can I Have Your Games Now?????

  • holy crap danney huynh lmao SONY FUCK YOU

  • There is no turning back, I don't even have a nand backup neither a nand flasher. lul

  • Honestly I really have no idea what lv2 is, the only thing I know for sure is that Sony's default recovery mode runs off lv2. I bricked it with "Waninkoko's CFW 3.55 using an incompatible nand. Model CECHG01, September 2007.

  • can u tell me what is lv2

  • hahahaha sup guinea pig?

  • Haha, I've got the same model as well. I tried to connect my flashdrive to the PS3 as an attempt to use recovery mode through the disk eject trick (power + eject) I'm currently attempting to reset the battery through manual disassembly. I heard it resets something, but I forgot what.

  • Lol, mine is also bricked, same firmware on my fat ps3 cechg01, i noticed if you hit the switch on the back off then to on and press the eject and power at the same time the ps3 stays on with fans at full power
