there still are many more ef0, ef1s and ef2's than the bigger ones, its just unfortunate that they happened to go through more built areas in the past 2 seasons. Also wasn't this last season an unusually active one, something that happens once in a lifetime usually?
great footage! my partner and i tried catching this one, but we were in moore and it dissapated. but debris fell out of the sky as the wall cloud passed over moore- so awesome!
this weather is insane f1s and f2s were usually the type of tornados commonly appearing now f4s and f5s are popping up commonly...how much longer until theres a f6?
@Chev427BB i know. id say eventually would there be an f6?if there were limits put on a 5. but i wonder somethign else. used to be called f0- through f5. ( in referece to dr fujita) now is ef0 through ef5. wonder why the e?
@lootordie I cannot believe people liked your comment. Give us a break with the global warming crap. Oklahoma has had ef5s since they have been recording them. Educate yourself on the weather of the south central US.

@lionsforlyons wrong, scientists theorize of two f5s meeting and forming an f6, with winds faster then the speed of sound
YourDailyTheory 5 months ago
its not the size of the tornado its the wind speed

@lootordie That wouldn't be possible now since an EF-5 rating has no upper limit for wind speed

@yamahonkawazuki The e stands for enhanced, this enhanced fujita scale is more accurate than the original

@Chev427BB appreciate that. now i know. thank you :)

@lootordie how about an F 10?
Lightingbolt008 8 months ago
@lootordie If there ever was an F6, it would be almost impossible to determine the difference between the damage of that and F5 damage.
