have you always been thin? i dont mean fit but just thin? cuz i want to lose 15-20 pounds and i weigh around 150 :/ do you think this will work for me if i want to tone my stomache? and how long do you think it would take for results to show? i was just curious to ask cuz you seem to know a lot about fitness. great video!!
Love this !! Please post your meal plan to achieve your results ! You can do all the abs in the world but its all about your diet to see abs like those !! Breakfast ? Snacks ? Lunch ? Shakes ? ... And no seafood if possible !!
