  • RidleyReport our opinion of freestarters in New Hampshire and there rights to man boy love or not

  • well guys we have so little going on in our lifes that we have to create crap to cry about I mean we try so hard to be victims we have to try and back it up. plus we meet so many young boys and you know how we love the young boys:)))) damn laws preventing us from doing what we want - we know no one cares about us so we get in there faces to get a response - yes were lame -

  • Wrong Answer! Courts are designed to jail people. Filling the courts up just puts more money into the court's pockets. It also gives the courts more credibility and sympathy since they are full and can justify asking for MORE funds. This is the same backwards thinking that is seen over and over and over again in this utopian movement, isn't it?

Thinking outside the box is arresting the judge for obstruction of justice:

    2009 Minnesota Statutes

629.37 WHEN PRIVATE PERSON MAY MAKE ARREST.

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit well guys we have so little going on in our lifes that we have to create crap to cry about I mean we try so hard to be victims we have to try and back it up. plus we meet so many young boys and you know how we love the young boys:)))) damn laws preventing us from doing what we want - we know no one cares about us so we get in there faces to get a response - yes were lame -

  • @RidleyReports Hey that's an appeal to ridicule, isn't it? You love your fallacies, don't you? Blends right in with Ridley propaganda, doesn't it?

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit when I pled out on those charges I was not supposed to have to register as a sex offender but the DA and police harassed me for not registering - that is a violation of my rights that is why we freestaters stand up for you.

  • @RidleyReports Sorry Ridely but you have the word 'subvert' confused with 'stand up,' don't you? Plus it is no surprise that you would be harassed since you use that looney patriot-paperwork silver bullet garbage as your 'defense" in court, don't you? I will guarantee you that your court just loves it when you do that. It makes you look like a bunch of loons and it makes them look good each and every time, doesn't it? Whenthe hippies wise up maybe you will do some real law in court - like mine!

  • His wife is the Darth Vader ringtone. ROFL.

  • 1:30 a star wars ring-tone. All credibility was lost.

  • In a way, this is not a bad idea, but anybody who practices it -- to wit, who rejects a plea bargain of any kind -- should know the stakes. The accused will languish in jail until this trial, and if he loses that trial, he will be sentenced much more harshly.

  • Great vid, Dave! Have fun at the LF. I'm jealous I couldn't make it.

  • hey great video! You did leave out the part informing people that these jails are privately owned and currently being traded on the stock market. Is that crazy or what? Anyway the liberty forum is great and definately not shrouded in secrecy like these politicians, thanks!

  • Btw, exellent to see you there covering the action, Ridley Reort. Can't wait to hear more........

  • I have been thrown off the "county" (public)grounds (by sherrif'sdeputies) for trying to pass out literature on how to fight tickets.

It's necessary to explain to people how the system operates, and what the business plan evolves around (profit).

Once the "jursidiction" starts realizing losses (instead of profits) from giving tickets they will stop giving tickets. There is only way for that to happen - by contesting enough tickets.

  • I would say a large majority of people do contest their tickets, not sure? Intersting thought though.

  • I think it depends on the jurisdiction, but generallly, I think it is very, very low, in fact. I'll see if I can find a statistic......

  • I got a traffic ticket in Colorado and was told by the judge in court that I was not allowed a jury trial because it was a civil case and not a criminal case. Sad state when you can't get justice.
