I don't get why some people are saying you're unlucky that it was your console and not your gamertag I mean if your xbox is banned you only have to spend $100 whereas if your gamertag is banned you have to create a new one then you'll have to buy a subscription $60 and you'll probably start getting your DLC back which could cost a few hundred depending on how much you bought and on top of ALL that you also have to get all of your unlocks levels and save data back so console bans are better.
