  • the groundwork is excellent ,ive bought many of this series and didnt think I had much to learn after 15 yrs grappling,i was pleasantly surprised.The 2 lads are the best coaches in person or online ive ever seen. Better than the other gracies IMO and ive trained at renzos and rogers a fair bit.Do you guys actually spar with gloves on or is it just grappling after blue belt.
