I worked on a T-bar and we handed the T`s placing them just below the bum and pushing on them as the rope came to the end so it was no sudden jerk on the skier causing them to fall, i was suprised to see no lifty at the loading ramp!

That's hilarious! I went on one for the first time when I was 13. We were only supposed to go up part of the way (beginner's level) but my coat got stuck when I tried to get off. It took me way up to the icey part and I had to slide down on my arse.
