This drill seems...awful. You will never go between your legs then do an underhand pass immediately after. They should be working on chest passes on the move, overhead passes cross court, one hand bounce passes through defense. This seems like an insult to the two girls performing the "drill". A 7 year old would feel like this is too easy. Make practices hard, so games are easy.
