Paul Westphal is doing a great job, what a difference a real coach makes. The guards are passing more, look how hard JT is running the floor! They're all playing to have fun AND Kenny Thomas can still be a productive player.
It all goes back to coaching, when you have a coach who knows talent, knows the game and doesn't have a personal agenda that's when you have a shot to win some games.
