To everyone making fun of me in this video, I have a couple of things to say.

At the time, I was doing very well as a hunter (they didn't have uber-damage like in the new patch)

At the time, Viper didn't cut my damage, just regened mana.

I was a fresh 70. I know how to play my class, but my gear wasn't great.

Anyway, I'm out of gametime now, so unless someone feels generous to PM me a new code, I'm out of WOW.

I was an Op hunter. Doesnt really matter what class you play...you can be Op as hell if you utalize everything in your arsenal and learn your class inside and out. Dunno if any of you have ever played Age of Conan or not...but an example of an overlooked Op class would be me on my Guardian. They arent supposed to be all that great in pvp. But yet ive managed to pull out over 8000 kills and less than 3000 deaths. In the top 10 pvp bracket on my server along with another guard named Ioana.

Doesn't matter. Whatever you can find. In my opinion, I use bows for solo, guns for raids and groups, and crossbows for PVP for the awesome crits. I'm not sure if that has changed since WOTLK though, so be sure to check with other people before making your decision on what weapon type to use.

Okay, for all of you bashing me for using Aspect of the Viper, remember this is pre-3.0. At this time, Aspect of the Viper just gave mana over time, and it had no damage reduction. Also, I can't do much about only facing one person at a time. I just recorded an Eye of the Storm and put it up here. Like it or now, the video's been made, and I've quit wow. Since the buff to BM steady shot/auto shot rotation is the maximum dps for a hunter while also being BM specced. Aimed shot used to be part of the dps rotation several patches ago but not anymore.

Putting a pet in passive in PvP isn't a smart thing because you actually have to command it to attack. When a pet is in defensive, he only attacks when you're getting smacked on. Like Flameing Arrow said, keep him on aggressive so he's on one guy and you're on another. :)

No way..getting your pet to attack one guy as you attack somebody different is suicide for a BM hunter. No one just ignores a pet and let the pet kill them they will either kill the pet (which isnt hard) or attack the pets owner. so therefore youll have to deal with 2 guys at once and hunters aint no tank, . instead put the pet on defensive so he only attacks the guy your attacking.

My pet actually took one guy in PVP out with little trouble. ;) And no one really tries to fnd the hunter, they're too busy finding someone else to kill. Plus, if you get in a jam, you can always bring your pet back to you.

true. in world map pvp if you find somebody, you can hide somewhere, and send your pet on them. The player will spend most of the time looking for you while your pet kills them.
