  • you have absolutely no idea of what it is you are doing, and are misleading others into training related injuries. DO NOT EMULATE HER WAY OF DOING THESE EXERCISES. GET KOMPETENT AND QUALIFIED INSTRUCTIONS ON PROPER TECHNIQUE.

  • u need to attend a few classes on technique

  • get a tripod...

  • If exercise of this nature soul destroying, maybe that is why I am over 250 ilbs lol.
