Samenella in baby t. sure, but if you keep your tank clean you should be okay,I work in a kitchen, when ever I get a cut or cut my nails, I make sure i use gloves when cleaning my tank...p.s dont kiss ur t...lol =P

depends on what species, red ear sliders and yellow belly sliders is like 10" to 14" and they can live to 40years+

they don't, but the tank stink if you dont clean it often

If u watch the news Samenella is evryhwere now. From chicken to meat and peanut butter. If u don't want it from ur pet that u love just clean thier tank like a responsible pet owner every now and then and wash ur hands :)

handling a turtle is bad actually because it threatens it

actually not really it all depend how u hold ur turtle.

if u hold it by the sides it can become stressed and die but if u place it on ur hand with ur other hand over it so that it wont crawl out its fine becaue it feels its feet on ur hand and does not feel any stress

omg, let's be honest here... just make sure you keep the TANK CLEAN! A good filter is needed too. They don't need to be putting antibiotics on turtles,that's just ridiculous! There's something called antibiotic resistance thanks to the winners who come up with these ideas!

gald u put this up..people who have turtles ned 2 know...i have a babby map and a babby paint...i never knew u can get it from chicken and the hospital..what a trip....thats cool taht they came out with antibiotic..gets rid of the 4 inch law...lol..my turtles were sold 2 me illegally
