well its pretty fun you just grab the plate..and the price of the sushi is indicated by the color of the plate..for example...all the sushi is all 1 dollar..then the red plate is the only exeption where its 2 bucks.
@wherokee178 more like 2-4 dollars. i read that it's about 200-300 yen a plate which pretty much translate to 2-4 dollars. and look at how little sushi are on those plates :(
i'd be spending about 15 dollars each time if i went there. that's no less expensive than sushi over here in the US :((((
Sushi is lovely, there's a restaurant in Birmingham, United Kingdom where I go every now and again. £10 unlimited sushi from a conveyor belt, you can't go wrong!

"Sea chicken" is a brand of canned tuna in Japan. So it's already boiled.
"Buta karubi" means pork ribs. "Buta" = "Pork (or Pig)", "Karubi" = "rib" (but the word "karubi" is originally the Korean word "Galbi".)
"Nama ebi" measn raw shrimp. "Nama" = "raw", "Ebi" = "Shrimp"
