Tell michelle about the chocolate while she is in mourning over cosi lol. I remember in the 50 grand episode - cosi said that it was stupid or there was something wrong with someone that was in the white house for that long and didnt know enough about nutrition/exercise to take the 50 grand and leave. A week or so later & he is inhaling chocolate biscuits on a binge. What would Gerry's % be if he wouldnt have altered his weight when he had immunity - could he have been under the yellow line?

Michelle needs to just put a cap on the self-rigtheous "everyone wanted Cosi out, he's out" comments. He was the worst offender of them all. He lied, cheated, criticized, schemed more than all of the contestants combined. He completely made his bed.

Michelle better not have anything to say about Sam...her perfect Angel Cosi cheated by eating protein that was forbidden in the warehouse challenge. U can't cheat & then complain when others do the same. What goes around comes around.

To be fair, hats off to Sam for admitting he diddled the drink. He's young and mischievous, but it takes a man to own up and take responsibility. And a mouthfull of chocolate milk drink would never affect the scales on a man the size and musclepower of Cosi! Get over yourself!

"Shannon was over the moon!" That's why I love him -- he goes over the moon for every little thing. He is like a puppy sometimes -- so much energy and enthusiasm. He's a wonderful trainer and seems completely 100 % sincere.

Realisitcally, because of Garry's [purposely) gaining the previous week, in reality in the last two weeks he'd only lost 6.6 total. Not so great when put into perspective. Especially with as much as he's still got to go.
