I have a '91 S10, 4.3 automatic 2WD, and it's a stout little truck. Not exactly good for offroading, but it's a 2WD, it's not meant for that. And before anyone says anything, American cars are my favorite, but nobody can deny Honda make really solid vehicles.

and they are a little different than the accord v6s cuz they are tuned more for torque since they go in a truck, the car engines are more tuned for power.
btw, if you didn't know v6 accords are fast...faster than 99% of trucks out there (excluding mabe lightnings)...so putting that engine in a truck doesn't exactly make it weak, it runs with the rest of the uneficcient american v8s.
Who the hell wants a torqueless, VTEC engine in a TRUCK?!? That might be fine for lighter, FWD cars, but not for trucks that are meant to do WORK. TORQUE=WORK. That little engine cannot and does not have the abilities to take as much load as a V8 with lots of low-end torque.
