Novation Automap Universal 3 Tutorial -- Part 1 of 7

I think Automap is a scam, you basically want to buy a Novation keyboard to use with Automap. To think you need to buy a PRO licence to make "all" controls assignable... what the hell were you thinking?

agree %100. This stuff should've been implemented in hardware like the 4 "scenes" on the NanoKontrol, or the 4 "Programs" on the AkaiLPD8. If they want to skimp on the memory/features in hardware don't CHARGE for the software. Not impressed.

Hi ! Any idea why don't I get my Logic 8 plug ins visible in the plug in manager. It just shows the Apple ones? Mac OS X 10.5.6, Logic 8.0.2. Automap 3.4. Thanks.

What 3-tier keyboard stand is that?

The closest thing i can find is the "QuikLok QL-623 X-Style Double Brace Three-Tier Heavy Duty Keyboard Stand" But only the top 2 tiers on it are adjustable.

Novation has been very helpful in solving my setup problems. The product is great, but first timers may have some difficulty. I would do it all again for the quality of finished setup. My first comments were made in frustration and I should not have been so quick to judge.

@harmsworth1 I am just starting with a Zero SL MKII and Automap and it is very frustrating, but that's just the nature of the steep learning curve of such hardware/software. I am glad comments like this are there because they are a great motivation to keep studying automap.
