Even if the O line is taught to freeze when there's an offside, he should have at least started moving and get a block in once he realised the QB was trying to make a play. He just looks like a retard standing there for the whole play because he could have turned that run into a first down or even more with a good block.

FSU's offensive line is supposed to do that if the defense jumps offsides. They are not allowed to move until the QB taps them. It's good discipline and is correct 99% of the time. This is the one time where there was a miscommunication about if it was offsides or not

@Denmarkpwns You don't have that type of composure when you're stoned......you would probably know.......one of 2 things happened: 1) He didn't hear the correct play that was called or 2) He was the only one that carried out the play correctly. FSU has a trick play where all the O-linemen freeze in attempt to confuse the defense. Notice the hesitation of the rest of the line. IMO, he's the only one who did the right thing.

@konkrete19 Have you seen any Florida State games? He didn't fuck up, the rest of the line fucked up by moving. 90% of the time when the whole line does that, the refs throw a flag for offsides. You can see that the guard also didn't move because the DE looked offsides and changed his mind at the last minute. Just because a sportscaster is out of the loop it doesn't mean the kid messed up. Watch any other FSU game and you'll see that the line doesn't move when they see offsides.

FSU's offensive line has always been told to freeze if you see a defensive lineman jump early. The line stays frozen until the referee blows the whistle. He was the only player that saw the defensive line jump offsides. The reason the offensive line does this, is to help officials make right call and prove the offensive line def did not move, it was defense
