For all the studies in the world - and I've been studied by Japanese researchers as well as U.S. Navy researchers. Pretty much what I've come to understand is that the DPT shots given around the world cause genetic changes in the heart muscles and this is what has caused this mostly benign condition. There is really no fix yet. My doctor now tells me to learn to live with the feeling of it and exercise to keep my 55 year old body going strong. It seems to work. I hate these PVC's as much as you.
I've had PVC's since being a teenager...along with PSVT. The PVC's used to be the precursor to the SVT's - but, I had a ablation to solve the SVT's, which it did, now I just have the PVC's which sometimes happen back to back to the point of feeling like my heart is going to stop. During summer I ride hard upto 35 miles @18mph/avg. My cardialogist says great. Now I'm on 750 mg potassium a day that seems to be helping a lot. PVC's have something to do with balanced blood pressure Sys/Dys.
yup, sounds very much like PVCs. some with compensatory pause (the heart 'skips' a sinus beat as the sinus impulse hits a refractory myocardium (refractory due to the impulse from the PVC it just conducted), thus resulting in a maximum filling of the ventricles, and the next beat feeling like a 'heavy' beat (and also sounding stronger during auscultation).
again, nothing dangerous about this at all.
ps: thanks for your comment on my video, glad you enjoy my work. :-)
Ive got a healthy heart, but often get pvcs- they are really scary and hard to get used to
