I love how the posts for this video have to be approved. This must be the "every voice heard, democracy, for the people" message that these folks want to get out.
Your voice should be heard (Unless it is in disagreement with ours)!
@ShogunDaitokuji2 A message that was sent to you personally addressed the approval issue, the reason for requiring approval is to discourage Spam and Trolls, your dissenting view was approved, yes even you get the just application of our 1st Amendment Right. Again approval is required to protect the privacy of those involved as some try to invade personal rights of privacy by disclosing personal information of those involved. The Constitution will be followed here and applied justly.
Whoa. This may be the most embarrassing video I've seen in years. Looks like a Coffee house at 1:30am on a Sunday.
Lets end the Fed, but we're also anti-Capitalism so ending the Fed would only help to grow a free market Capitalist environment. Good idea but the wrong rally?
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances" And lastly you should do some research on the Federal Reserve, a private bank owned by Bankers to continue the practice of Fractional Fiat Currency. We will continue to fight for your rights until you wake up.
@ShogunDaitokuji2 Most of the middle class that has continued to join in, growing from a few hundred at the time of this video, to the most recent march of 5,000, has not made a request to end capitalism but rather end corporate citizenship. I am aware some do not know the difference. You may not agree with all that is being said but to deny a growing movement its 1st amendment right is to allow you yourself to also be denied.
@ColoradoBackPacker Exxon/Mobil, $45 billion in 2009 but paid no taxes. GE a 3.2 Billion dollar tax CREDIT (you & I paid this) 14.2 billion profit in 2010, they paid 0 in taxes, and if you didn't know Under CEO Jeffrey Immelt, GE laid off 21,000 American workers and closed 20 US factories. Merck $9 billion in profits and paid no taxes in 2010. Pfizer owed $10 billion in taxes but found the necessary loopholes to pay no taxes,
@ColoradoBackPacker News Corporation, Rupert Murdoch’s media monolith that owns Fox News avoids paying American taxes through its 152 subsidiaries in tax havens from the British Virgin Islands to Hong Kong. Verizon, despite making $24.2 billion in pre-tax US income, paid no taxes and actually claimed a federal refund of $1.3 billion for the last two years. Wells Fargo, $107 billion in bailouts, wrote off all its losses by acquiring Wachovia, thus paying no taxes. You Should Be Mad.........
@ColoradoBackPacker A history lesson for you my friend, Your statement should be applied to Corporations as well as people but only if the personal income tax was a legal tax, we will cover that shortly. Top Ten Corporate Tax Evaders....Bank of America, $336 billion in bailouts in 2009, 2010 $4.4 billion in profits, no taxes. Boeing $10 billion in profits from 2008 to 2010, it too paid no taxes. Citicorp $476 billion bailout and then made monster profits in 2010, yet it paid no taxes.
@ColoradoBackPacker. In closing your math is close to correct In fact, 80 percent of the largest US corporations use offshore tax havens. Little wonder 57 percent of these companies paid no federal income taxes for at least one year from 1998 to 2005. You may respond, "the people they employee generate tax" (which is a fraction of what should have been collected by corporate tax) See the people are CITIZENS and they do pay taxes, If you claim corporations are also citizens why no taxes?
@ColoradoBackPacker As far as income tax goes it depends on what you consider to be legal. See the income tax was 1st imposed to fund the civil war. Then In 1894 Congress passed the first peacetime income tax 2% on income over $4000 ($101,200 in 2010 dollars), which meant fewer than 10% of households would pay any. This was declared unconstitutional in 1895. It wasn't until 1913 & the ratification of the 16th Amendment that the income tax we live with today was passed.
@ColoradoBackPacker The Only Problem is the 16th Amendment was never ratified by the requisite 3/4 of the states in the republic, in fact some debate that not a single one had actually and legally ratified the proposal to amend the U.S. Constitution. Thirty-three states engaged in the unauthorized activity of altering the language of an amendment proposed by Congress, a power that the states do not possess. In short my friend The Income Tax is Unconstitutional. I await your knowledgeable reply.
@ColoradoBackPacker Unfortunately most of the 51% that pay nothing are retired individuals who are collecting social security. Even though they knew long ago that the SS system was underfunded, they still voted time and time gain for Republicans that promised to cut their SS taxes instead of increasing them to meet future demand. Even the Tea Party won't touch the majority of the 51% (even though they promised to cut programs that don't work)
For details on the criminal alliances between Wall Street, multinational corporations, and the federal government, watch "Inside Job", watch "The Corporation", watch "Capitalism, a Love Story" .... available from Netflix, your library, Youtube, etc.
REMEMBER, THE ROOT OF ALL YOUR PROBLEM IS.. THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM WHO CREATES MONEY OUT OF THIN AIR, WHO CONTROLS YOUR GOVERNMENT IN PARTNERSHIP TO DESTROY THE LOW-MIDDLE CLASS, THIS IS YOUR CAUSE, DO NOT PROTEST THE WRONG MESSAGE OUT!!!! DON'T LET them HiJACK your protest!! Please spread this word!
Wow! The last time I did an End the Fed protest, we were doing to maybe 20 people. Things do seem to have changed. The group chanting is a little weird though. As is the Marx-Paul spectrum (especially as central banking is the 5th plank of the communist manifesto). But it's good to see people finally waking up to our common enemy. Anyone have any details on the upcoming protest (think someone said there was another this weekend)?
i saw that this also happens in many other cities in america...good to see...get ur asses up - europe and germany are following soon....we are already doing it...the world is waking up...peace
Woohoo! The spirit is ALIVE! Great work to Aaron (in the sunglasses holding polygraph the president) for guiding these awesome folks to the criminal federal reserve! That's how change happens!
This is so wonderful. I gotta call my daughter in CO. to go there. Hope it happens in NOLA soon. People all around the world have awoken. Many more to come. The time is here. The time is now. Occupy until they humble themselves before us and return to their role as servants and not masters. The people will arise victorious.
