@yaboipapi Hey bro! I been playing on the bag since I was kid in the 70s The trick hits started 2004 ,and for hitting the small bag is ok not idea for making it your reg work out bag, i think the small medium or just a reg meb bag would be much better.

Love IT. On my rap video at the end I hit the bag but I speed it up. Can't reallly hit it with a head and elbows. But I am getting better. Check out my video

i believe you, depth perception changes when you are using just one eye. yeah I noticed you wearing your eye patch, and i liked it a lot, it made me smile seeing you use it since in actuality that's another ninja trick. When ninjas were on a night mission and thought that their night vision would be damaged by a a sentinel's or outguard's light they would close one of their eyes to keep at least one of their eye's undamaged by the light.

My right eye is dominate to the left eye,I do work the left side as well although I can shoot very well on my right side( marksman)and sharpshooter on the left I use to sparr alittle with one eye.back many years ago.you can feel what side of the brain is working to make up for other side.
