lol, how not to collect your money. But I do work in the industry, and know people could care less about a heat/cool bill. They think we are grease monkeys, with no training. Damn, or labour rate is 145.00/hr, just for the diagnosis, then you pay flate rate for the fix. Our company has a collect on site, or we remove the part, and still charge you for the diagnosis fee.
